1 You should never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages. Your insurance company may not be liable for any further damages that may occur.
2 There is no law requiring you to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
3 You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice.
4 You are not required to use a shop "selected" by an insurance company or a claims adjuster. Remember it is your car. However you are required by your policy to allow the insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damage prior to our repairing them.
5 Differences in repair estimates are common; a lower estimate may not include items necessary for the repair. Please ask us to explain any differences. We are well trained in the repair procedures needed.
6 Choose a shop that has Unibody repair equipment and is certified by I-Car or ASE for example. Only a very select group of quality repair sops have certified technicians. Look for their credentials.
7 Your vehicle is being repaired for YOU the owner. Please make sure you know how your repairs will be paid for. "Inspect" your insurance check to make sure it has been endorsed by any leinholder that may be listed on your check.

Our shop stands ready to assist you in any of these matters. We will work closely with you to minimize your inconvenience and maximize your satisfaction.

This we pledge to you.
